Have two hand sets...primary one indicates the "keys locked"...which means I can't dial with it.....the second hand set is OK. How do I unlock the keys.

You should have a key symbol on the * key. Press and hold this to turn on and off the lock feature.

awesome solution, rather intuitive, but I did not figure it out, although I did get the pulse to tone thingy changed on my own.
It is really the (0) button with the key symbol under it not the astrix.
