Sir,
I would prefer if you call 1-800-SAMSUNG and let them help you. You can also contact Bestbuy/geeksquad. Please get a qualified technican to replace the motor fan because you may damage the internal board if its not done with care.
Moreover now-a-days all the connections are integrated in one board which makes it more difficult.
Thanks

Open your unit. locate the fan, remove the old one, install the new one. connect black to black and red to red on the wires.
tnx 4 using fixya,

Its a basic fan, you need to take the device apart, locate the old fan, remove it, and place the new fan in its place, remember to connect the power cable.
the 2 or 3 pin fan motor power cable, see where the old one is connected and connect it to the same connector, if the connector is diffrent let me know.
diagram? I suppose a service manual with instructions would solve that problem, its quite simple operation. I will see if I can locate you a service manual.

Now, why am not surprised..it may take some time..you pretty handy with tools? also, turn off the box, and let
let it discharge for a while..
after the set is discharged, remove the back panel and make sure to retain the hardware someplace handy..this can be done with the set standing.
locate the fan in the chassis
disconnect the fan wiring..set the old one aside..
i recommend a strap for your wrist to keep ESD minimized
replace fan, and hook up wires.
you can test it this way to ensure that the fan works. just be careful where you let your hands go
button up the back
enjoy the game..
well..if this is going to require that sort of definition, perhaps you will consider hiring out to a qualified technician..

Need more specific instructions. A diagram would help.
advice has been too general, ie. "open the unit" ...how?
This manual describes how to set up and install the system. It does not show how to open the device to replace the fan.
