Emachines won't send signal to screen, when turned on it makes one long continuous beep

The beep signifies an error. But different bioses have different beeps. You can check with the emachine site to tell you what 1 beep on the machine signifies and you can be guided accordingly. Could be bad power supply, connection, peripheral, etc

No signal on monitor, vga tested and ok

Did you check your monitor with other system or individually. If it works fine in these conditions then the issue belongs to your pc.
First of all, you have to confirm that is it the problem of VGA itself or the motherboard. For this, you have to see that does system beep when you start it because system with beeps having the error and the beep sound with continuous or 2-3 beeps relate with different issues. I am going to write down the beep conditions.

1 short beep Normal POST - system is ok 2 short beeps POST Error - error code shown on screen No beep Power supply or system board problem Continuous beep Power supply, system board, or keyboard problem Repeating short beeps Power supply or system board problem 1 long, 1 short beep System board problem 1 long, 2 short beeps Display adapter problem (MDA, CGA) 1 long, 3 short beeps Enhanced Graphics Adapter (EGA) 3 long beeps 3270 keyboard card

It is not showing the post screen and beeping a long and continuous beep

a long beep is identicated your vga has trouble, but maybe it caused by ram error, first turn off your computer, open computer case, disconnect your ram and connect again, turn on computer, is the computer still beeping??if yes it mean the problem come from your vga card, do not use onboard VGA port, just insert PCI or AGP VGA card, your computer will work properly
i hope this helpful

I turn on my computer and i cant see any thing on the monitor my monitor says no signal

Thanks for the response, I opened it and the processor is burnt, one corner of it. Was a lot dust in there maybe that caused it? Anyway I found a new one on EBay for 30 bucks, the board looks fine so that should work huh?

My gateway gt5404 says no rgb signal what do I do

With 3 beeps, you are getting a Memory base read/write error, which means your RAM is having a problem.

You can try takng the RAM simm/dimm out and re-seating them back into the slots.

If the issue continues, you will need to replace the bad RAM

No picture and desktop makes beeping sound

Base on the post codes this continuous beeping indicates a power problem. Atypically this is a power supply problem and it will need to be replaced.

A and b lights on back are yellow and computer wont stay on. computer beeps three times then reboots never rebooting completely. continually

If your computer is under warranty, contact Dell as they can troubleshoot this with you.

If you have your monitor plugged in via DVI (cable with white connectors on ends using a digital connection), try switching to an RGB cable (with the blue connectors on ends also called an analog signal). Remember to switch your source to RGB on the monitor(s) as well.

If that isn't the problem, then before getting to the Windows loading screen, press F8 a few times and choose "Safe Mode" and see if that allows you to boot up into Windows. From there try to figure out what recent system configuration changes could have take place that could have caused this malfunction. Perform a virus and malware scan as well.

All the best.

Beep

The Polaroid Fun! Digital 320 camera is programmed to shut off automatically after a few minutes if it is not being used. This helps to conserve battery power. When the camera shuts itself off, it will make a continual beeping sound. To use the camera after it has shut off, simply push the shutter button or self-timer button to take a picture. If you are not going to use your camera, turn the power switch to OFF. The camera will also beep in rapid sequence after you press the self-timer button. The camera will continue to beep in faster sequence until a picture is taken (approximately 10 seconds). A final long beep signals that a picture has been taken. NOTE: It is normal for the camera to beep while downloading photos to a computer.
