Empty the reservoir of water and fill it up again with vinegar. Run the vinegar through 5 or 6 times, then empty the vinegar, put distilled water in, and run it until the water is gone. Then your machine should be de-scaled.
i too had this problem BUT it was AFTER i descaled it and did the cleaning, now coffee tastes weak, and ive tried different discs (other coffees) and all come up weak.
My Bosch manual is very specific: DO NOT USE VINEGAR! They recommend you use any commercial coffee machine descaler.
CLR recommends itself for the job and the Jellmar website has instructions.
