Unable to remove safely , the pendrive/ removable drive

My 2 gb transend pendrive is not closing and i am unable to remove it safely from usb port.when i am trying to do so a window showing a massage that generic problem.i am also unable to format it .three folders remain permanently, i am unable to delet them or format it.when i am trying to open the pendrive softwares, my folder forder is always opening.

Canot format my 32g transend flash drive. using windows 7

Click > Start > RUN > type "CMD" Then
Type "CHKDSK" and type o your Pendrive and "/F". Ex. chkdsk Q: /F > Enter
Ok, You see many msg error. OK!
Now, you remove your pendrive and plug again.
Try to format.
It works well.

4 GB sandisk pendrive can't open

1. continue without solving
2. If you didn't remove the drive with the safe removal tool in the task bar ( lower right hand corner) the drive will lose it's ability to be mounted or seen by Windows and will not format. You will lose data.

I have a problem in formating pendrive of transend v60 4 gb

one of the reason is it is affected by virus....try to scan with a fully updated system....another reason is that its having problem with its chip....claim for warranty

Pendrive is write protected......!!!!

1st your pendrive
your pendrive is infected with Autorun.inf virus
to remove this virus install malwarebytes and scan your whole system as well as your pendrive

If the above method is not work

Try to format in other operating system like vista or in 7
but not in xp because in vista and 7 you can force format your pendrive..

2nd your task manager
visit the website and download task manager and registery fix (it is only work in windows xp)

USB PenDrive

enter the pen drive into pendrive slot then go into cantrol pannel and click on add hardwer and the pen drive show on youer computer
