I posted this answer many days ago on the other thread of yours, but I got no feedback from you so far. I'll reproduce it here, anyway:
Starting from any of the home screens- Press Menu- Tap "Settings"- Tap the "System" tab- Make sure that "Airplane mode" is unchecked- Tap "Mobile Network Settings"- Make sure that "Data enabled" and 'Always receive MMs" are checked- Tap "Access Point Names"If there other APNs are already stored- Select APN- Press Menu- Tap "Delete APN"- Repeat the above steps for all remaining APNsNow define the Simple Mobile APN- Press Menu- Select "New APN"- Enter the following information:-- Name: SIMPLE Mobile-- APN*: simple -- Proxy: <Not set>-- Port: <Not set>-- Username: <Not set>-- Password: <Not set>-- Server: <Not set>-- MMSC: http://smpl.mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc-- MMS Proxy: <Not set>-- MMS Port: <Not set>-- MCC: 310-- MNC: 260-- Authentication Type: <Not set>-- APN type: <Not set>
*the APN field is case sensitive

Hope it works for you.
Anyway, please, let me know if you need further informations.

Most likely MMs has not been enabled by your service provider. If you contact them, they will send you, via text messages, automatic updates that will then allow MMS
