We've got a Canon Imageclass MF7480 here in the office that sometimes won't print a fax. Other incoming faxes then get stuck in line behind it. We end up having the cancel the fax that's hung up, which then allows it to start popping out the other faxes. Has anyone got any idea of what's going on, and how to fix it? Thanks.

I am not able to locate the printer in the add a printer location. could you please tell me how i can find the mp390 to be able to print.

Press the plus or minus sign to get to the "Report Settings" then press ok.
Under report settings select "TX Reports"
then set "Output" to YES
under that set "report with TX image" to ON
This will give you a confirmation with the image of you fax. Here is the manual, info on pg. 251

I don't think Vista is supported for this printer and if not doubt that it will be as Microsoft are bringing out a new OS to replace it.

According to their US web site, (type "snow leopard" in the search window in the center of the screen), drivers for OS X 10.6 will not be available until about the end of October.
