Connect phone to seal sit-up wireless visor kit

Hold onto the second button until you hear a long beep and see 2 buttons flashing red and blue. Then use your phone to pair with the device and the code is "0000".

I have lost the instruction on how to connect my phone to my Seal sit-up W3 7RW wireless visor kit. I would like to start using it again, so need help and instructions on how to set it back up to connect.
