If you Google 'eltron p420 driver windows xp' you will see a number of possible sources listed. I am assuming you have not tried it that way, but if you have, apologies.

Take care, when you download from one of these sources, to have an up to date anti-virus program running. Also when you download, save the download file to a Temp directory and send it to a scanner site like VirusTotal.

The reason for this is that XP is an obsolete OS which is no longer being patched by Microsoft, so the last version of it may have vulnerabilitites.

You need a Catalytic converter and possibly a Evap. cannister

try cleaning the contacts on the cards.

turn thermostat up, if that doesnt do it, replace therm.

The P0420 means Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1), and the P0430 means Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 2).

Turn the heat settings down in the driver. Clean the printer with the available cleaning card. Have the printer serviced.

There is no Vista or Windows 7 driver on the Zebra website for your printer. There is only a driver for Windows XP through Windows 98.

Apparently, Zebra didn't create more current drivers.

The P420 code is a catalytic converter efficiency code. I would very much suspect that the catalytic converter is bad. They have been failing lately at the flange for the flex pipe.

Issue related stuck due to objects such as paper or plastic. make sure its clean and gears are moving.
