To change the resolution on an 8-bit Hisense TV, you will need to access the TV's settings menu. The steps to do this may vary depending on the specific model of your Hisense TV, but generally, you will need to follow these steps:
Press the "Menu" button on your Hisense TV remote.
Use the navigation buttons on the remote to select the "Picture" or "Screen" option.
Select the "Resolution" or "Picture Size" option.
Use the navigation buttons to select the desired resolution. Common resolutions include 1080p, 720p, and 480p.
Press the "OK" or "Enter" button on the remote to confirm the new resolution.
Press the "Menu" button again to exit the settings menu.
It's important to note that not all Hisense TVs have the same menus, so the options and the names of the options may vary. Also, if the resolution you want is not available, it's possible that it is not supported by your TV.
It's also worth to check your HDMI cable and make sure it's the correct one for the resolution you want to use, if your TV is connected to a device (like a cable box or a gaming console) through an HDMI cable. If you're still having trouble, you may want to consult the user manual for your specific Hisense TV model for more detailed instructions
This symptom usually indicates CRT failure. Projection TV's, especially older types use 3 CRT "guns" to project the image on the screen. One is Cyan or Red, one is Green and one is Blue. If the Red and Blue become weak or do not project, the Green gun overpowers the output of the other two. These three "guns" are aligned exactly on top of each other so when all three are correctly functioning, the correct colors are projected on the screen.
