Hello, I have the same problem, I have had a technician out several times and he has been unable to get a comprehensive listing of the F2 error codes and their solutions from his contacts. If you have a resource for these error codes I would pay for it. My AR C-160 has been down for several months because of this problem and I have had to resort to desktop printers, or outsource to Kinko's (not good)

There are several different F2 codes but from your brief description here's a solution:
Check the surface of the drum on the rear frame side. The sensor must be able to clearly detect the drum mark patch and compare it to the bare drum surface. Any scratches or damage to the drum surface or failure of the cleaning system will cause this error. If the drum surface is OK, the clean the Drum Mark sensor, re-seat all connectors between the sensor and the process driver PWB. Recalibrate the DM sensors using simulation 44-02 (press execute). If F2 error still occurs, replace DM sensor or the drum.
This mean you have low temp. on heat lamp 2 program interput clear interrupt 14 print may clear this code. if not you can look at the fusing unit and reset thrmo breaker that may be pop off.
F2 usually means its a component failure that should be looked at by a technician. You could trying turning it off wait 30 seconds and turn it back on again to see if it goes away.

There should be two other numbers after the F2. What are they?
