that was mean the high voltage shutdown, check the power supply regulator and the horizontal circuit if has shorted component.

Seven blinks - High voltage shutdown. The high voltage has exceeded 33k and the unit goes immediately into safety shutdown. Check power supply regulation and horizontal circuits. Power supply regulator section circuit should be troubleshooted. It is fatal to proceed trouble shooting this section, without proper knowledge in electronics, as if you want to measure the voltages to this section, the TV must be switched ON. When it is switched ON, or powered up; most of the components in this section will be dangerous to touch. If you are not handy, seek tech support. It will be more better.

Typically, 4 blinks mean "Vertical Deflection Stopped." Chances are that you have a problem on the D board.

Can you unplug the TV for about 15 seconds, and then plug back in and watch the stand-by light. Tell me how many time the stand-by light blinks in regular intervals. If it doesn't blink at all, you need to change a fuse on the g-board. Once this is done run back through the stand-by blink light process, and more troubleshooting can be done if problem isn't already solved. If the stand-by light just keeps blinking with a count over ten just tell me, and I'll look for other possibilities.

1. Turn off the television. IMPORTANT: For a projection television that uses an internal lamp, wait 5 minutes after turning off the television to allow the lamp to cool before continuing with the following steps.
   
2. Unplug the television power cord from the electrical outlet.
3. Let the television remain without power for 60 seconds.
4. Plug the power cord back into the electrical outlet. NOTE: If the television is plugged into a power strip or surge protector, remove it from the power strip or surge protector and plug it directly into the wall outlet. If the issue is resolved, the problem is with the power strip or surge protector and not the television.
   
5. Turn on the television.

If the issue is still unresolved after following all of the troubleshooting steps, service may be required. Please note the number of times the STANDBY light flashes and relay that information to the service center.
