I think you can a new dirt bike charger easily on Amazon or on the razor website. Be aware of how you use the battery though, it is the same idea for a lot of mobility equipment (electric scooters, electric wheelchairs, electric bikes, and etc...). You need to use the battery PROPERLY. For example, charge them from time to time, don't leave them there for a long period of time just because you don't need to ride out your electric dirt bike. Your battery's longevity will get hurt. Also, protect it from water and dust. I learn a lot more about outdoor sports equipment on this site: https://mobilityseeker.com/.

MX350 is a 24V bike.
You could change the gearing by replacing the sprockets, or you could replace the electric controller and upgrade to 36V, but you probably would be better off getting a bigger model, like the MX500, as this uses 36V already and the higher voltage allows for higher motor rpm.
