Hobart sr24h detergent and rinse agent pumps not activating during normal cycling. Have tested pumps with external 120v and they both are operational. Relay?? Timer?? Wiring diagram?

Full parts list here, but from my 52 years in the hospitality trade, Hobart washers need professional diagnosis and repair. Your unit has a 'Chemical Detection Box', but only the engineers will know how or what it detects.

also see page 6, items 17 and 18, and 20 Timer Relays. Part 17 is specific to detergent and rinse, so replace that first.

CTRL+F shows the machine has 7 relays

My sr24h hobart undercounter dishwasher is stuck in a mode where all it does is drain water out. Will not do anything else...???

Hello There; If your unit stuck on the wash cycle and not advance to rinse cycle because the rinse water is not up to 180 degree . You've to check out the booster element and the rinse temp. I hope this will help.

Hobart LX30H Parts

Heating elements don't need to "look" clean to work proper. I would use a wire brush to remove the looser stuff, and ignore the rest. A thin scale layer is not a big deal for an element.

I'd stick with the rubber plugs. They work pretty good if you get them in all the way. New arms would be pretty expensive. Just buy a few extra plugs. And don't cut yourself installing them!!

Hobart fx25 dishwasher

I think you may have the wrong model number of the dishwasher.I work for hobart but i dont recall a dishwasher with the model number you givin me.Look on the data plate again some examples of hobart dishwashers are--sr24---am14---c44---c44a---lx18--lx30--lx40---lxi---uw50--sm6t2.Once you find the model goto this site and you will find a manual.any other questions let me know.http://www.hobartcorp.com/default.aspx
