I have a new Hp 4215 all in one it has worked fine until recently. It flashes error. I have to go in move the cartlidges over to the starting position and cut the print off then back on to get it to print. After I do that it is alright for a while then a few hours later it is flashing error again and the carts are hung again.
Please reset the machine.

Same problem. I've tried removal and reinstall of cartridges several times as well as resetting. All to no avail. This was my second 4215 (first replaced under warranty). Both worked OK for a period of time, but, now this one as bad as the first. Last time I called H P for technical assistance was told to take a hike (specifically, throw it away and buy another one.) Thats what I'm doing, but, what ever happened to reliability ? Quality ?
I have the HP Photosmart C3180 all in-one. The scanner will not accept new ink cartridges. They snap in, but will not remain in a fixed position. What is the problem.
Model 4215 - error message is: remove left cartridge and inspect.
It will not print. Has been good to now.
