I have been sent a www.virginmobile.co.uk/get message and I can't get into it I CAN NOT GET MY PICTURE MESSAGE ON MY PHONE

I cant get my picture message on my phone when i went to www. virginmobile.co.uk/getmessage. cannot receive picture message on my phone

    I have tried to look up my accounts I log in to www.halifax.co.uk and all I get are other sites to click on . I only need to see my accounts thank you
