I just bought a Jabra Halo 2 and I've been charging it until the battery is fully charged like the instructions say but there is no green light at the end of the tunnel... it is briefly red for a few minutes on the battery indicator and then there is no light at all.

Check that both devices are BT enabled and in pairing mode -ie, leds blinking-. If one of the device is not in pairing mode, it is normal that the process fails.
If you experience the same problem on other phones with your Jabra BCE-250 -same as mine-, you might think of getting it checked first.

rotate the earhook 180°. (See fig. 2)
For optimal performance, wear the Jabra BT160 and your mobile phone on the same side

right out of the box i had the light flicker on me too. if you don't have warranty or receipt like i did try this. i'm not responsible if it doesn't work after!
peel off the blue part of plastic that has jabra on it. take a screwdriver and unscrew the star screws. take the cover off. using some wires, briefly connect a battery (i used a wireless drill battery) to the leads of the bluetooth battery. you'll see a spark.
now my thing is charging for the first time
