I bought a Pearl 8100 for my daughter. She enters numbers in the address book and when she selects the person to call the number dials but has a +1 in front of it even though it doesn't in her address book. Then a message comes on the phone and says the number is not accessible. How does she stop the +1 being added to the number?

Seeing as this is a blackberry I need you to do a hard reset- take the battery out of your phone while it is still turned on, then let it reset itself. If that doesn't work, consult with your phone company's tech support. Good luck

There can be many ways to Unlock your phone. As far as i know unlocking by codes is the simple and safe way.You will need the unique MEP Code for your Blackberry and to get it you can use a website with service for Blackberry unlocking .so you can use a website to Unlock your Blackberry 8100 online instantly - OR local mobile shop .they are mostly using cables to unlock it and the price is higher then on unlocking websites but the result is the same: SIM free Blackberry.
