I cannot un-mute the phone, cannot get a menu, etc., when i push those buttons. I have never used either button previously. I assume other buttons are also not functioning. When i press the "phone" button, the screen shows "mute" and enter a number. When i start to enter a number, I hear a tone and "hold" also appears.
Can you help from that description?

Polycom identified a FORCE SVideo feed option for the 7000 series.
You must hold the pound key down on the remote when turning on the unit to force an s-video feed out…
Just an FYI as there is ONE VSX7000 Polycom unit we have that only has SVideo output and when it shipped back from the factory they had been using a remote configuration utility and did not set the display up.
It will probably NEVER happen again but just an FYI.

thats very simple,simple when you press CNF dial the number when the call recieved press join & the number 3 for a two sec .you will be connected

you cant answer numerous calls on this system - you will need to set up a dial in number on a phone bridge provider and have all participants call into that number and then all of you will be in same conference call. this is best quality and the most managable way to do this. i am sure your phone provider can help you set this up. R if i remember correctly is for redial
