Download incomplete on my BDVE770W? is there a hard reset?

Try performing a soft reset or a hard reset to the unit.
The soft reset is done by holding down the power button for at least 10 seconds and allowing the unit to power back on.
A hard reset is done by pressing and holding the bottom right hand corner of the screen while the power is off and then pressing the power button on. A pop up will appear asking to confirm the reset.
The hard reset will erase the user data, so it is advisable to save the data if possible.
Installing and running the Garmin WebUpdater to load or reload the latest update will resolve most issues.

1 overheating can cause this.Relocate x box and clean/blow out dust and dirt with a can of compressed air.
2 Disc error. Disc is scratched or something is on it.Use windex and a paper towell to clean.Then wipe with some pledge furniture polish.Might work again.
3Check there are no incomplete updates waiting to be downloaded,if so finish them.

4 Hard drive getting full.Delete any cache or unwanted info on hard drive.

• 1) Turn off your Xbox 360 and physically disconnect it from the internet by either unplugging the ethernet cable or disconnecting the wireless adapter.
• 2) Turn on your Xbox 360 and sign into your account. You should NOT be connected to Xbox Live.
• 3) Navigate to the "System" blade and choose the "Memory" option, then select your storage device.
• 4) Now search. Look through all the system folders then find and delete ALL incomplete content files. You can spot an incomplete file by the yellow exclamation point icon. Remember to delete ALL incomplete files
• 5) Once all the incomplete content files have been deleted, turn off your Xbox 360.
• 6) Reconnect your Xbox 360 to the internet by plugging back in the ethernet cable or wireless adapter.
• 7) Turn on your Xbox 360, connect to Xbox Live and hopefully your problem is solved.

I would suggest that you take out your PS3 Hard Drive and reformat it as it seems it is having issues writing the updates to the hard disk. Also if you are using a wireless connection, it might be sending incomplete packets or no packets at all causing a corrupt update, so if possible plug your PS3 directly into the router.

Try sourcing your TV audio from whatever source IT is watching, usually the cable box.

The download did not go correctly. You have a unit that is
missing or has incomplete files. Contact Rand Support and they will send you an
update card. It will not delete your user data and it will upgrade you to the
current version and with new maps. Be sure to have the serial number off the

A Garmin Nuvi 1300 that won't start, or is acting erratically is symptomatic of having corrupt firmware.

To correct this, I recommend backing up your favorites, clearing all user data, and if it still is stuck, then updating your Nuvi firmware.

Follow these three steps to take to get your Garmin Nuvi 1300 running like new:

1. Back up your Favorites.
2. Perform a Hard Reset.
3. Download and then run Garmin WebUpdater to replace its firmware / system software.

Canon Help Line couldnt fix the problem. I tried installing on another Dell 3000 with the same result - incomplete installation. This looked like a Dell problem - so I went to Dell web site and downloaded about 10 System updates, including a Flash Bios chip.
After re-booting I turned off all Anti-Virus and Firewall, and guess what? It loaded and installed like a dream.
Printer now working fine!
