The only thing you can do is reset the phone to factory specs, unfortunately, you'll lose your data if not already backed up. Follow this procedure:

A hard reset removes all information from

before. All contacts, messages, emails, 3rd party applications, etc.
will need to be reinstalled after performing a hard reset. To perform a
hard reset, from the Home screen tap

I have done the hard reset that way it still does not work
yes it does , that the solution for it and it will set it on factory default #, and that would be the last 4 digit of your mobile # , but that would remove all download apps , contacts , basically your phone would be factory default settings which means start from zero
