INSTRUCTIONS:

1.) From the Home screen, press the Menu key, and then tap Settings.

2.) Scroll to and tap Privacy.

3.) Tap Factory Data Reset.

4.) Tap Reset Phone.

5.) Tap Erase Everything.

if you wont mind losing your data that are not backup... you can simply perform a hard reset to factory settings. 1. remove the battery 2. re-instert the battery 3. hold VolumeDown button then press the power button Do not release the volumedown key til u get to recovery mode Now that you are in recovery mode, first try WIPING CACHE and then reboot your phone. if the problem persist, then repeat step1-3 again this time, select WIPE DATA FACTORY RESET if wiping cache solves it, then your data are intact WIPING DATA FACTORY RESET wil return ur phone to new without losing any unlocking feautures. i'm McKennie

First you have to get unclock code then you have to follow these steps

1. Switch ON your Samsung Note with a non Allowed SIM Card, IE A simcard from any carrier besides the one the phone is locked to
2. Your phone will now prompt you to enter your Unlock Code
3. Enter the Samsung Galaxy Note Unlock Code sent to you via email and click OK
4. Your phone is now unlocked !

Hello, you can use your google account to unlock samsung infuse screen pattern, just try any pattern for 5 times then your phone will be asking you to input your google account. But if you never setup google account in that phone you only have one last option to unlock samsung password by doing hard reset. You can read in your manual book how to hard reset your phone.
