I have lost my samsung yp-t8 player software cd, how do I get it?

try ebay, they have tons of them

Try to push the headphone jack in gently, or send it somewhere to get it fixed.

Sure you can, but I am not familiar with opening an yp-t8. Search on youtube - there are usually videos of how to open up different players.

Try cleaning out the headphone jack with a Q-tip and a very small amount of glass cleaner or rubbing alcohol. That seemed to work for me.

IVE JUST SEEN ON MY PC THAT IF YOU HOLD THE A AND B BUTTONS TOGETHER WITH THE MENU BUTTON THAT MIGHT HELP, MAKE SURE YOU HOLD TOGETHER AND FOR AT LEAST 7-10 SECONDS. I WILL LOOK AND ASK AROUND TODAY FOR YOU  WHEN I GO OUT, CHEERS pedro2

There is a reason for the headphone jack being loose. You either repeatedly plug and unplug your headphones, or the headphone's wire is to big. Nothing else to say, sorry!

nope it never hurts to ask as in this case it seams theres a common problem where the headphone jack has a cold solder connection on the pc board or its broken loose from the pc board itself. Now unless you get instuctions on how to open this unit do not attemt to try!! as its all plastic locking tabs and you need to know where to press to realease these tabs .. I would contact www.samsung.com or call them and see what they have to say as there is probably a flat rate they charge to fix these units
