It sounds as if the paper size at the machine is set incorrectly. Try checking to ensure you cassette or bypass if that is where you are printing from is set correctly.
Try changing print driver and switch emulation to kpdl auto if not already there. If this doesn't work go to properties on driver under font and switch to bit map. Don't do this step unles yo have to it really slows down your printer.
i cant print any document in this printer. a message appears on the screen, it says that "error occured power switch turn off and on again".
