I really really need help because 1 moment i was listening to it and it turned off so i turned it back on and my menu doesnt show up any more and it hasnt been off in 2 days straight so can some one please help right away cause i dont know what i will do with out my coby mp3 player because i listen to it every day. so please help........

I had the exact same problem. what i did was unscrewed it and pressed a brass color on the back under the battery. Mine works fine now. All my songs are still there but you have to reset the date and time.

hope u got this fixed but if not i know where you can go to cobyusa.com and put the model number in product search the click firmware and download to ur desktop. open it up and u will have 24 grey boxes then plug in the mp3 and clik the firmware button right below box 24 one there is a green check in box 1 then its fixed and u can disconnect it and re add ur files

You need to plug your mp3 into the computer you downloaded your music from to sync it up. Go to that website and if you dont get a pop up asking if you want to sync your device. You should do this at least once a week.

Try connecting it to a computer if nothing Remove the back and check and see if the battery isn't fully connected push softly but firmly on the Rubber rectangle above the battery (This is the Chipset For the screenand memory, Black screen Blue ring problem) and put the back on.Freezing up while playing songs Check and see if there is a boot file in any of the folders on the player use the Explorer to check Check both MTP and MSC modes and unhook your player

THe same thing happened to me. Except it gets stuck on the menu screen and it starts flickering when i press anything or it goes black
