Most files you download say from I tunes are "protected" files. They will not transfer. You have to convert it to an MP3 file. I found a free converter on the web that will convert your protected files to MP3 file then you can download it to your photo frame. i just bought one today and it took me ALL DAY to figure this out. What a PAIN! good luck!

What type and size memory card?
I have inserted a 4 gig SD memory card... although the size doesn't seem to be the issue since the frame doesn't even recognize there's anything resembling a memory card inserted.....
