Do you mean the left margin is too large so all the content is shifted to the right and off the page? If this is the case, it is probably a setting in Pagemaker. In the file menu, choose "page setup" or "print setup". Check the paper size. Check the margins.

I am giving the margine in Adobe Pagemaker in legal size paper left 2", Right 1", top2" & bottom 2" but printer is print on paper from top only half inch margin

Did you remember to change the paper type in the printer settings to legal, before printing? If not it will use the default, usually letter size.

The printing on the right side margins is being cut off. If II print several pages at once the printer runs that pages together.

Make sure the paper size matches the printer setting:
  1. From the software application, click File > Print.
  2. Click Properties, Preferences, Options, or Setup.
  3. Click Paper Setup.
  4. Check the paper size.

Making a booklet out of a multi-page PageMaker file

many questions, the answer should be yes and all is in the driver settings but it all depends on if you have the correct driver installed and configured correctly for your copier and if your finisher is a booklet finisher. if you have every thing laid out in page maker correctly and the driver is setup correctly then it should do just fine.

Not printing whole page

Could be as simply as the right print margin in the application you are using. Try printing a test page by right-clicking on the printer in Printers and Faxes in Control Panel and select Properties. If the test page prints ok then check the margins in the application you are using - usually File>Page Setup. The right margin could be set to 5.0 in instead of 0.5 in.

Problem with konica minolta paper margin

You don't have any solution but to increase the above margin to be equal as the bottom margin. To successfully print the pages, this printer need a larger bottom margin compared with the above margin. Just use the 'Center on page' option from your graphic application.

Printing envelopes

Try setting the page setup to 8.5x11 and adjust the margins to landscape, top and left margin approx 4". A lot of times the envelope templates are afterthoughts.

Pagemaker programmer's supervisor, "Forget that template, nobody will ever print envelopes in Pagemaker"

Hope this helps!

Printing an 5.5 " by 8.5 " announcement on my inkjet printer

Dear Sppamelot You did not write the software name, in which you are working. Place / open your document in word, coreldraw or pagemaker, photoshop or adobe reader. Put this document exectly in page shown on your screen, where you want to print. Size dosn't matter. it will print exect that place, where you have put it.
