There should be small levers just beside the tires on the inner edge. These should be in the up position to be unlocked.

It should have a strap with a buckle to adjust the seat into position by sliding the buckle up or down. Hope this helps.

there is some red lock on the left side of the stroller just open it

To loosen straps, push in the release button on the buckle and
pull up.

Contact the company for a manual and they will mail one to you. They have to because you have to have your manual.
