C:/Progam Files/blocktards/unins000.dat what is this error and how do i fix it

Hello crouch8323,
Welcome to FixYa.Com!
Unins000.dat is a files that if used by Blocktards' uninstaller to properly uninstall Blocktards off of your Desktop. If your are trying to uninstall Blocktards and you are getting an error message, I recommend that you uninstall Blocktards from the Control Panel's Add & Remove Program (for Windows XP) or Programs & Features (for VISTA or 7). If you still have the same error message, you can also try uninstalling Blocktards by going to the Start Menu, All Programs, Blocktards, and click Uninstall. If these steps give you the same error message, you may need to use Blocktards installer to uninstall the game, see if running the installer gives you the option to modify, remove or repair. And if all else fails you can always use a 3rd party uninstaller software like the option found in CCleaner.

Error code 80010006 and ervery time it gets to 38% and it gives me that error code this was when i was tyying to do the 3.30 firmware update

Hello jenky2010

This error code relates to the PS3 having trouble accessing a file. This usually occurs when the PS3 is turned off while saving or accessing a file.

To rectify the problem, you'll have to into Safe Mode, and then select "Restore File System". If you're not sure how to enter Safe Mode, follow these instructions:

1. Turn off the PS3 by holding down the power button until the power light is red, then release.

2. Hold down the power button again. This should be shortly followed by a short beep, indicating that the PS3 is turning on.

3. Continue holding the power button, and after about 5 seconds you should hear a second beep.

4. Continue holding the power button, and after a further 5 seconds, you should hear a quick double beep. Release the power button. If you've successfully activated Safe Mode, you should receive the message" Connect a controller using a USB cable and then press the PS button". Do this.

5. Select "Restore File System". Follow the on-screen instructions.

!WARNING! - SELECTING ANY OF THE OPTIONS IN SAFE MODE CAN RESULT IN DATA CORRUPTION AND/OR LOSS. IF POSSIBLE, BACK-UP ANY IMPORTANT DATA BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE ABOVE PROCEDURE.

Hope this helps, good luck. If you require any further assistance, please contact me.

Error message says: missing file, aquatica.dat

Hi,

This is a system files. These are basic file's in a window directory.Regarding aquatica.dat, it is a multimedia file component.

You can repair this by downloading .dat file from .dat database. You can easily search the file online and add it. If you purchase a software, it would cost you certain bucks. Better reinstall windows or restore.

Computer can be affected by the missing of these files. It depends on How many files are missing, configuration of the PC, Virus, Malisware, Adware etc.

The simple option - Restore or Reinstall, if not a tech.

Let me know,if need any further assistance.

Hope i helped you.

Thanks for using ' Fixya ' and have a nice day!!

Loading and saving doesn't work.

rebuild the file system and the database in the recovery consol.

to get to the recovery consol
when ps3 is in standby(red light) press and hold the power button till you hear a double beep then release. if the light turns red before the double beep quickly release and hold it again and wait again.

my ps3 goes like this

ps3 standby mode...press hold power button......."beep"......"beep"........standby again..release then hold real fast........."beep".........."double beep beep"....release and there are the options to rebuild database and filesystem. database and file system wont delete saveed files. i have some other tricks so let me know but try this first.

1 short beep and 1 long beep when power button is pressed.

These sounds are known as BIOS beep codes. They indicate an error with your system. Traditionally, 1 long and 1 short indicates a system board problem.
If you google bios beep codes, you will be able to find the codes that relate to your Bios, or motherboard.
Backup your files. Your computer is trying to tell you something.
