The clock display is blank.
All features seem to work fine other than the clock does not display when the unit is not being used. When cooking, the clock display lights up and counts down as it should. All digits appear to work.
Can the unit that controls the clock be fixed, repaired, replaced or reset?
Thanks for your time.
The
first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a
minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.

Re set the time , if it won't let you set the clock then there is a problem in the electronics
it could have went blank because of no power at one time , which can happen even where it is plugged into ( just a bad connection or when the microwave starts it may have had a connection problem in the wall from pulling a lot of power, so this could have caused it to lose power

I have the same problem. My clock resets manually okay, but keeps going out from time to time (maybe about once per month). But, microwave works fine whether the clock is displayed or not. The cooking times, etc. display even when the regular clock is not displaying.
