DOWNLOAD THE MANUAL FOR FUTURE REFERENCE!! LOL
Scroll down to page #39 to where it says Use Voicemail and follow the instructions!! As per the service tech I spoke to on the phone to find this link, following these instructions will automatically erase your old voicemail unlock code as well as any as yet unheard messages.
Check your Voicemail
Just in case anyone still has difficulty in finding the instructions.....
Set Up your VoicemailBefore your phone can receive voicemail messages, you must set up a 4-10 digit passcode and record a personal voicemail greeting. When you have set up your voicemail, all unanswered calls to your phone are automatically transferred to voicemail, even if your phone is in use or turned off.1. Press and hold the 1 key.2. Follow the system prompts to create a password and record a greeting.
Best of luck!!
When you receive a voicemail message, a
notification with a voicemail message icon
appears at the top of your screen.
• At the voicemail notification, select Call to call
your voicemail number and follow the system
prompts to retrieve the message.
Select Ignore to clear the notification without
checking messages. The notification icon
remains on top of the screen until you listen to
the message
• When only the voicemail message icon
appears on top of the screen, select
Voicemailand follow the system prompts
to retrieve the message.

if you never changed your unlock code it could be the last 4 digits of your phone number or the standard 0000 or 1234. could also be 6 digit code 000000 or 123456 or 654321.
if your changed your lock code you may need to contact your cell phone service provider for the master lock code or phone reset password.
don't forget to have your account info ready when you call.

Have you tried calling Virgin Mobile? They might be able to send a reset request from their networks to reset that password. If they can't then good luck getting that phone to work.
One other last resort is to take the phone into another carrier like Altell or Sprint. They might be able to help you unlock the phone because they too sell kyocera phones and sprint provides the network for Virgin Mobile.
I don't know what else to tell you. :-)

Call your provider.
