my owners manuel has code to use .works the same as when you call yourself to get messages when in town,also manuel has code to erase messages very handy when out of town.
If I remember correctly you can remotely connect to your answering machine.
When you call the phone and it greets you (assuming you haven't changed the code) press 19 to get it going.
You should then begin to hear your messages.
After you get past the 19 part (options are as follows)
1 ) Plays all messages
2 )Plays only new messages
3 ) (During playback) Deletes the current message
33 ) Deletes ALL OLD messages
4 )Repeats current message
5 ) Stop
5 )(While no message being played) Lists Available Commands
6 )Skips to next message
7 ) (While no message being played) Record new greeting
8 ) Hang up
0 ) Turn Answering Machine on/off
