My brand new Lg front load washer fills with water after the completion of a full wash/rinse cycle has finished and the machine is turned off.

If the washing machine does stop at the rinsing cycle and will not continue , It could have something to do with the machine's timer not working correctly . If the timer is broken or is not working it will have to be replaced to make sure that the machine can be able to run through the rinse cycle again.

Keeping in mind that the soap & bleach gets dispensed into your wash on the second to last rinse cycle and that most all rinse cycles are in cold water. Is your cold water valve screen plugged causing your washer to rinse poorly? Are you using the HE detergent? If not maybe the washer is sudsing up to much and having a hard time rinsing all the suds and bleach out and leaving the clothes soapy.

Fill the washer up with no clothes in it on a cold/cold wash setting does it take a long time to fill the washer up? Also when it is full and agitating is there suds in the washer?

Last suggestion is if the drain is hose is a lot higher than the top of the washer it might have a hard time draining out all of the soap water before the next load

check the ibnlet screens for the water valve,they may be plugged, also make sure the drain hose is above the washer so it dont siphon out as it fills

If your cycle does not complete or The cycle doesn't advance When the cycle should advance, it's probably the timer or a cold-water supply problem: It's the timer, if your washing machine fills with water and begins agitating, but the timer never advances--or if the washer is in a spin cycle and the timer won't advance. Then you need to replace the timer. It may be a cold-water supply problem, if the washing machine fills with water, agitates, drains, and spins, but then doesn't fill with rinse water. than check the cold water supply line and the filter

front loader washers fill accourding to how big the load size is on all front load washers.There should be no water above the center with a full load.If it is spinnig out and draining then it is working properly:)

I have run into this problem several times with LG washers. On one job LG had us replace every electronic componet that had anything to do with the water fill and the problem still was not resolved. The electronic control determines how much water to fill depending on the load size, so smaller loads give you less water, with the same amount of soap. Leaving clothes in the washer overnight, and leaving the door closed does contribute to mold and fungi growth in the washer. The customer tried different brands of soaps and different amounts of soap. He left the door open after usage to allow the unit to dry out, and tried different cleaners, to clean out the sludge build up. We determined that there just is not enough water to thoroughly clean the clothes. The sales store had to replace the washer with another brand. There is an ongoing class action lawsuit against Lg for this problem. Do an online Search for lg washer lawsuit. be sure the drain hose is not lower than the wash tub this will caust the water to run out, 2nd be sure the drain hose is not pushed to far into the house stand pipe and the there is rome for air to go inbetween the drain hose and stand pipe eather of these will cause the machine to siphon mostly on rince cycle or on the 2nd and third loads you do. last your house drain could be starting to back up fill the washer with water and listen to it drain if you hear a gurggling sound in the house pipe you may need a plumber to cleanthis out for you.

its a error code for not enough water fast enoght or no water. check fill bibs are on and screens inside fill valve are clean if ok . make sure you do not have steel branded flow retrickers fill hoses it if so replace hoses. washer has to get a amount of water fast or it will code out

You will need to have a qualified LG technician come out and see what the problem is.  You may have a water level switch issue.
