Actually in my phone except the no. keypad and answer key nothin is working. it includes menu key , cancel key nd ok key which are not working, please give me some solution.

you don't have to format it via pc.Just when you power on your phone press the pencil button(edit button on keypad) and hold it until the phone asks for your pin code.Then unpress it enter to your phone and format your MMC from the "memory card" in menu you can copy some importand files to ur phone memory and then format mmc card
my w910i keypad not working at all.call, end call,menu,cancel, and shortcut key not working (but num'ric key pad is working properly). can any one guide me to fix it...
try to open the casing then clear all dirt and dust.. if not settle try to fix your earphone to phone then open mp3 player for a while..while program running press 'menu' button..see whether the keypad function or not.
