Blues When I turn the tv on, I only get a blue screen with a red key in the bottem left corner, It will not let me in the menu, and I can only turn the tv off with remote, it has me locked out of every thing, how can I fix this?

hello, I was pushing the mute and what I think is the function key because it has popped out of my remote, is this the top left hand button on the remote model number k12b-c2 if so is there another solution.

Ok Dragonlady On the remote theres a button that says function or will have an F on it. At the same time press the F or Function button and the Mute at the same time. Now remember once its unlocked you may need to reprogram by going into the menu. If you have any more problems call Apex at 866-427-3946, they are very good with helping their customers. Apex model PF3225, The TV is Locked (blue screen with red key on the bottom left corner). Don't have original remote...please help

Press the "Menu" button on the remote control and use the arrow buttons to scroll down to the "Parental Guide" option, then press the "Enter" button.
Type in the default parental code "6688" if you have not set your own code. If you have set your own code, type it in. If you set your own code and forgot it, override it by using "6688."
Use the arrow keys to switch the parental lock to "OFF." This allows all programs to be viewed no matter the rating. Press the "Exit" button on the remote and start watching all your channels

Philips 23PF9966/37 color problem!

Most likely you can adjust it in the Service Alignment Mode (SAM).

Press 062596 followed by the STATUS button (upper left). Navigate to "White Tone", press the right key to enter and select "Normal" mode. Set the colors:

Red = 135, Green = 128, Blue = 133.

The "Cool" and "Warm" menus are deltas from the "Normal" settings:

COOL: R -3, G -1, B 5
WARM: R 2, G -3, B -13

Press the "MENU" button to return to the main menu, then the "Power" button to turn the TV off.
