My Genx Samsung flash disk 4GB is not opening because it has virous inside it. so when i put it in my computer he tell me to do format.then i do format for it , but he say it can't complate .....

Try it on an other computer... if that fails, it might have developed bad sectors (spots) reformat and do a scan, which writes and reads all memory locations... might be corrupted and/or broken, but try another computer first to make sure it is not a driver issue.

are you the computers administrator?
click start right click on my computer select open
Right click the icon of your Flash Drive (It should be F: or E: or something)
Click Properties in the menu that comes up
Click the Sharing tab
Click permissions
And finally, click Allow next to Full Control.?
click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll down universal serial bus controllers you should see a yellow question mark?
right click to reinstall drivers
if you can see your usb drive but its not working
ports(com&lpt)right click update driver
click start click on my computer you should see your usb drive
right click then select format
another way is to control panel administrive tools computer management disk management right click on your drive select format

theres a few things you can do, when you do format your memory stick make sure you format it to the default settings.
Also make sure everytime you put files onto your memory stick that you remove the memory stick safely you can do this by right clicking the memory stick and pressing eject.
However the problem could be that your memory stick is corrupt.

IN THAT FLASH DRIVE JUST CHECK FOR ANY SYMBOL DAT A LOCK MARK AND MAKE SURE THAT IT UNLOCKD BEFORE U PUT IT INTO YOUR COMPUTER

the most defalt of option is reinstal the driver and check in the Device Manager the usb you  have 3 usb root hub,1 enhanced pci to usb controler,update and try again,it should work. 

my USB2.00 GENX 1GB not work why?

the problem is from your memory IC inside the Flash thats why refuses to format due to cold solder or some pins need fresh solder. so many times i fixed these kind of problem not only Genx.

If you dont care about the data then you can just erase it either by right clicking on the drive and going format / erase or right clicking on my computer --> manage --> disk management --> right click on F drive or the memory stick and then select format / erase

dont buy genx drives.

I've GENX flash disk 2GB, I forget my password for Carry It Easy program, Now its capacity only 14.8GB, What can I do to fix and reformat.
