I have the same problem. Samsung Media Studio 5 will not recognize my mp3 player. Windows Media Player will not recognize it either. Very frustrating, as now I have an mp3 player that I cannot use!!!
This is a terrible product. I'm having the same problem. After calling the support line over five times and getting the same answer... reload the media studie 5 over until it sees the player. It aint happening. I have tried multiple times. Merry Freaking Christmas for my kids this year.

I am completely confused as I have transfered music onto my player before on a different pc and recently reloaded Samsang Media studio onto my new pc and tried to transfer new music and now it is disabled. Can someone figure this one out please?
