LG lds4821 overheats filter board and burns it. Probably another part shorts and causes excessive current. Replacing the filter board makes dishwasher run but problem persists

SOURCE: Just installed a brand new LG LDS4821St

That's what factory warranty's are for, contact the place that you purchased it from or contact LG direct,
you paid for the warranty in the price of the dishwasher use it.

I'm not sure what you mean by ";eft side. I know applianceart.com has custom cut stainless steel pieces and if they can't do it, they have a matching faux stainless that was on HGTV a while ago. You should call them, they can probably get you what you need.

The check valve prevents water from returning to the dishwasher after it has drained. If the valve gets stuck closed, it will prevent the water from draining. If the check valve is stuck closed, try cleaning it out and then replace it if necessary.

LDS4821ST dishwasher has detergent dripping down door at end of wash. Also, dishes near the door have detergent as well as dishes in general not clean.
You may have a bad detergent dispenser.
