You probably have a DVD player that does not play Blu Ray and you are trying to play a Blu Ray. Check that first and we will go from there.

try usiing just the charger without the rechargeable batts...if toy turns on with just that then prob maybe eiither the toy itself or you need new rechargeable batts

you can use vtech ac adaptor...

Try recharging the batteries, or try using another powersource. if this does not resolve the issue then you may need to call their hotline

Try to uncheck the checkbox indicating administrative account thay holds up to secure data..

have you tried calibrating the screen? You can do this by pressing the Home Button, question mark, and volume up button all at the same time. Turn the toy on without letting go of the other three buttons until you see the Touch Calibration Screen. If this does not help, then I suggest you call Vtech. try another USB cable/usb port. if that doesn't work: For windows--check under device manager>>disk drives>>look for vtech nand1>>right click--uninstall>>unplug the toy>>plug it back in>>turn it on>>try to access Learning Lodge again. For Mac>>open Disk Utility while toy isnot connected to toy.>>plug toy to computer>>turn it on>>look for anything that says vtech.if you do go to Learning Lodge--send error report--call vtech
