The dial on the upper right is all you need to do. Turn from the coffee cup to the water symbol. Water will pour out the spigot from the frother wand so put a cup under it. Close the tap when prompted by turning the dial back to the cup symbol

SOURCE: Jura Capresso Impressa S9 -water won't pull into the unit

We have the same problem after installing a new filter (after 5years of perfect usage & no problem or maintenan)ce. An engineer told us to take the filter out completely & try to draw off water...if it does, do a de-scale IMMEDIATELY (using only recommended product) because the machine may be calcified. If that doesn't work, it may be the sprung sensor under the water carriage which may be blocked(with limescale) or broken...OR the little mesh sensor in the main body of the machine (which is located under the water filter). I am trying this tonight, otherwise its an engineer callout for collection & repair!

SOURCE: my jura capresso says system fill...it makes a lot of noise

System fill is usually when the machine auto solenoid fill valve is putting water into the boiler. If it is making noise then the solenoid is clogged or there is no water getting to the solenoid.

How can I open the back panel of the Jura coffee machine

There should be oval-headed screws in the machine. You need a special tool to turn them. I got one from the jura capresso doctor on ebay.

Jura capresso c3000 yellow clip

I found out where it goes, thanks to Juergen, who pointed me toward his excellent page on Jura cleaning: see figure 7d, copied here

which shows the yellow clip helping to hold on the tea pipe. I'm guessing that if you don't use the tea pipe, you will be okay. Otherwise you can just put that clip back on next time you clean the machine.

Come over me by purchasing any of my services advertised in FixYa. I've the exploded view of your Jura Capresso Impress S7. I can't send it to you by this window as it does not allow me to send PDF files by it. If you purchase any one amoung my service, I can get a link to you provided by FixYa, by which I can send the diagram and instructions by it. OK.

Is there an easier was to decalcify the capresso 3000 than taking apart the whole machine. The directions say you have to remove the auto cappuccino assembly

Yes
You should run the decalcify program with the JURA decal tablets or DURGOL. Do not use other agents.
See page 25 of user manual.
