E10 is a water supply problem first I would check your water lines.. and check the water valves to see if both are open all the way.. next check to see if the screens at the inlets are clear... and last you may need a new water valve in your wather.. let me know if you want to replace it yourself thanks...

This works
To exit the TEST mode, press and hold down the "Start/Cancel" button until ALL of the console lights light up. Press both "Start/Cancel" and On/Off buttons simultaneously until " dOFF " appears in the display. The default setting will now appear and the machine can be used normally.

hiya
it could be a number of problems which are very common on the entire wma range.
1, drum bearings are really poor in these.
2, concrete block tapping, sometimes the bracket n the drums snap.
3, motor bracket snapped causing tapping.
i've found the plastic drums seem to be quite weak on the wma range to be honest so will more than likely be one of the above.
hope this helps
SOURCE: error messages EFO and E10
It is simple. The wrong soap or too much soap will caused EFO to flash. I overfilled the machine with soap by accident. It started flashing with EFO and I went nuts. What could be wrong with it now?! Too much soap or not the right kind of soap will cause this problem.
Plus, I found a sheet of paper that gives the codes.
This is better than when the strainer plug gets filled up and you have to take the machine apart to clean the little strainer.
