And I saw like hi wakeup, and I try some menus and applications, everything worked fine. I leave him to charge and for an half an hour there whas black on display and orange led brighting. I try to turn him on, and nothing hapend. Pull charger out and orange led goes off. That is all. First nothing, and after blue led again. First method don't work anymore. Help what to do! SOURCE: My HTC smartphone wont turn on or charge and when

Have you tried leaving it to charge (with the red light on) for a few hours. The red light usually means a completely drained battery that needs a few minutes/hours to recharge.
Also, try cleaning the battery connectors with a rough toothbrush...

SOURCE: HTC S710 - Battery issue

Hi,
it could be either battery or charger, If the charger isn't supplying enough power it will fool the phone..
some 3rd party batteries and cheapo chargers can cause all sorts of problems like this.
best way to test is charge your phone by usb, it takes longer but will give you some idea of weather its the battery or charger.
Make sure that the box at the bottom of the power management window (dont charge by usb) is set to off. Also for best results remove any other usb devices from the computer this will leave more power for the phone.

Best of luck

SOURCE: HTC S710 Smartphone not switching on

The battery is flat.
If the battery is very flat sometimes the phone will not start charging or turn on even when a power cable is connected.

This worked for me:
- Remove battery
- Insert power cable/usb cable
- Orange charge light should start flashing
- Re-insert battery
- Leave phone charge for a couple of hours
- Turn on

Htc velocity isnt charging

Hello,
Seeing as you've replaced all of the charge components, you have narrowed down the list of things that could be causing your problem considerably.
Basing my professional opinion strictly off of the information provided, your device is no longer able to render a charge from your battery. The port that actually holds your battery must not be accepting a charge from the battery.
Thanks,

Wont charge. i plugged into so many usb cables and box chargers and light wont turn on nothing charges it

Your charging port is probably bad. It is a common issue. You can take it into an electronics shop and they could fix it by sending it to the manufacturer, but it might cost more than a new phone like the HTC incredible

Touchscreen not working properly

I agree. I'm on my 2nd G1 right now because my first one had touch screen problems. But the problems only started after I started using a different charger (it's been so long I can't remember whether it was just my blackberry mini usb charger, or whether I charged it from my computer; I think it was the computer). However, once it started spazing out it wouldn't stop, it was permanently damaged. So if your touch screen seems a bit finiky after charging with an odd power source, Stop ASAP or you risk permanent damage
