is it petrol or diesel?

if petrol then change spark plugs and possibly coil pack

if diesel change the boost sensor

inside car manual should enlight that.

Temp sensor is a common problem. Right hand side of the head - green plug if memory serves me correctly. Good luck

this sounds like a problem with the throtal pot located on the end of accelorator pedel thi used to be a problem
