SOURCE: lights just flash on controller and wont move jet 3 wheel chair
Do they flash in series? Like ten flashes then a pause then ten flashes?
SOURCE: All six lights blink on my Jet 3
I just had the same problem with my uncle's power chair. The number of "blinks" indicates a problem code to the technicians. My chair needed the joystick control assembly replaced. Once replaced, evrything was back to normal. 'Not a cheap fix but much needed. Good luck my friend!!

you move the joystick and can hear something quicking in the motors

sounds like you might have locked joystick by mistake. Try pressing and holding down the on/off switch for 5 seconds.

First, make sure that the motors are both engaged and not in freewheel, and that the charger is unplugged. If it is a constant flash without pause, this is usually an indication that the joystick is "out of neutral", a problem caused by hitting running the joystick handle under a table, for instance, of moisture in the joystick itself. If it is a series of flashes, like 4, pause repeat, then you have a fault somewhere else in the chair. Here's a link to the flash codes for your controller. http://www.dynamiccontrols.com/index.cfm/3,73,237/dna-flash-codes-0307.pdf The flashes, types and manner of flash need to be better described in your posting. Good luck.
