Okay, so when my Walkman runs out of batteries, and you charge it back up, it apparently starts back at its default 'Every music has its moment,' that it starts at when you buy it. Whenever it's on that screen and I download songs onto it, the space is taken up, but there is no other sign of the songs. They're completely hidden, and the Walkman doesn't recognize them and add them into its library. Also, Windows Media Player and Windows Explorer don't see the songs either.
Because of this, I have about 800 megabytes of wasted space that I can't do anything with on my walkman. I'm wondering if there is anything I can do to find and delete the hidden songs, or if I should try wiping my walkman completely and redownloading my songs onto it.

You have to work from Sonicstage.
Follow these steps:
Install Sonicstage (probably you've already done that)
After installing, connect the player to your computer and select
'format' from the menu (This will remove all data from the player, so
you might want to make a backup).
Now transfer your music files to the player using sonicstage.
If you don't transfer them using sonicstage, the player data will get corrupt and tell you there is no data.

Press the reset button and plug it into the charger afterward. The music won't be lost trust me. It just resets the time settings, as well as the music equalizer.

Okay, nevermind, I was hasty in asking for help.
Though I couldn't delete the hidden files from my computer, my Walkman itself had a formatting option to delete all data. It worked.
