Citizen blue angels navihawk how do I set the time?

Set the digital time first then set the analog time.

1. Start by making sure the mode hand is pointing at the TME indicator. Press the lower left button to achieve this.
2. Press and hold the upper left button for 3 seconds. This will move the hour and minute hands to the 12 o’clock position so you can see what you are doing.
3. Press the upper left or lower right buttons to find your city and then press the upper left button to reset the hour and minute hands to their previous positions.
4. When you have the city you want pull the bottom left button out 1 click. The time should start flashing.
5. Press the upper right button and you should see the seconds flashing. Press the lower left button to reset the seconds to 00.
6. Press the upper right button and you should see the minutes flashing. Press the lower left button to set the minutes to the current time.
7. Press the upper right button and you should see the minutes flashing. Press the lower left button to set the hour to the current time.
8. Press the upper right button and you should see either 12H or 24H. Press the lower left button to switch between the two.
9. Push the lower right button back in.
10. The time should be set.

NOTE! If all you want to do is change from Daylight Savings Time to Standard, or the other way around, then all you have to do is cycle through the settings until the Entire Time Is Blinking in the LCD display. This is the DST setting place. If you look at the bottom of the flashing display there is a Tiny Word, I think it says Summer. This means the time is set to DST for summertime. if you press the lower left button this should change the DST setting.
I hope this helps, drove me NUTZ for a while, haha... great watch however, and a Classic at this point.
