rjaj - Yes it's a wireless mouse. Batteries replaced - same result. Tried a different mouse - same result. Changed the mouse pad - same issue. Not sure how to update BIOS.

Are you using wireless mouse? if so, try replacing battery. Still not working? replace mouse. If USB mouse, try changing the mouse pad. Still trouble? try different USB port and update BIOS.

How does download work?

A download is when you retrieve a file from an external storage location. This could be a local drive you have or from a provider via a website. Typical downloads are those that are music files, drivers for devices, and documents. There are also voluntary and involuntary downloads. Voluntary is when you choose to add a driver or document to your device. Involuntary is when a cookie or other file is added to allow functionality of a program or website. Usually to download any of the above (except involuntary) you will be given a DOWNLOAD button to click on or otherwise choose. If operating a Windows based operating system you will be asked to SAVE or RUN the file. Saving the file places a copy on your computer to be opened, ran, etc. at a later time. Choosing RUN places a copy of the file in a temporary location on your PC and then executes the action such as installation of a program. When the installation is done if you chose RUN then the temporary file is automatically deleted. If you chose SAVE then even when you execute the file action the file stays on your computer. Be careful of what you download and the source of the file. Some downloads contain virus or other malware that will negatively affect your computer. If you utilize virus software the best option is to SAVE the file and then scan it via the antivirus software prior to executing the action. Final comment... Limewire, Youtube, Bittorrent etc are notorious for INFECTED downloads... you should be very cautious if you use these sites. Manufacturer sites like HP, Dell, Apple and sites like CNET are safe bets for files and drivers.

Involuntary accelleration in my 96 honda accord 2.2L

Oxygen sensor might be going bad hondas tend to have two of them an upper and lower. The throttle sensor and or cable might be on the fritz too. The ECU tries to adjust everything based on driving patterns and it can do some strange things if other people drive it besides yourself you might want to reset it on hondas I believe you turn the key to acc hold the brake in for 5 to 10 seconds turn it to off then start it it not 100% on that memory is a bit off since I havent owned a honda in about 4 years. The gas pedal might also be sticking a little bit make sure its free and clear and presses in and out smoothly when stopped and parked of course.

Hi
I am disappointed. Your website is misleading because it does not provide what it promise; free advice. It will be nicer if you will just tell the people you provide advice for a fee up front. If your way of doing business is misleading, what am I to expect from your paid advice services? Please take me off your email list.
