I don't know how to clear my Directory List, it says Directory locked.
How can I unlock this so I can clear all the phone numbers and names I have listed in there. This is an old version. Can you tell me how????

I believe the feature needs to be turned on my Bell Canada.
if its over two 1/2 year old its free to unlock from any carrier just ring the provider and ask for unlock code i do this all the time i have never had a new phone.
You need to configure your CS 1000 for Personal Directory / Redial List / Callers List through Element Manager. Instructions for doing this are in the IP Line Fundamentals NTP. You can download the NTP from www.nortel.com/support.
Try the last 4 digits of your cellphone number. if it doesn't work try 0000 and if that doesn't work, Call Sprint Tech support and have them flag your account for a PRL UPDATE and follow their instructions, when you get the PRL UPDATED, the lock code will be the last 4 digits of your cellphone number Hope this helps Let me know Thanks
