You said, Your Electrolux built in wall oven, lights and digital display work fine,
fan works fine, but the oven will not heat regardless of the mode
(broil, bake, convention roast, convection bake)
First,
1.What is the Model Number and the year of your wall oven?
2.Did the oven light up and display with any error codes?
3. Did you try to turn the breaker off for 5 minutes to see if this will reset the system?
Perhaps the heating element is failing and may need to be replaced.

the shows PF that is an error symbol.
OVEN CONTROL BEEPS AND DISPLAYS AN "F" ERROR CODE
* Electronic control has detected a fault condition. Push CANCEL pad to clear the
display and stop the display from beeping. Reprogram the oven. If a fault reoccurs,
record the fault number, push the CANCEL pad and contact an authorized servicer.
ENTIRE OVEN DOES NOT OPERATE
When the oven is first plugged in, or when the power supply to the oven has been
interrupted, the display will flash. The oven cannot be programmed until the clock is
set.
* Be sure electrical cord is securely connected into the electrical junction box.
* Cord/plug is not installed and/or connected. Cord is not supplied with oven. Contact
your dealer, installing agent or authorized servicer.
* Service wiring not complete. Contact your dealer, installing agent or authorized
servicer.
o Power outage. Check house lights to be sure. Call your local electric company.
* Short in cord/plug. Replace cord/plug.
I know you have an oven, not a range, But read this anyway!
Faulty Temperature Sensor
Newer
style ovens with an electronic range control (ERC) utilize a
temperature sensor inside the oven to regulate heating. This sensor
controls the cooking modes and usually the self-cleaning mode on those
models that have the option.
The sensor has a very specific
internal resistance that changes along with temperature. The sensor
goes bad when its resistance is changed through a faulty internal
connection or internal short.
How to Diagnose?
You
can remove the sensor and check its resistance. It should read about
1100 ohms at room temperature. If the reading is off more than about 50
ohms, replace the sensor.
Recent Customer Symptoms:
The
oven does not reach the set temp. and fluctuates. ( set point of 400,
temp will reach 390 and fluctuate between 350 and 390). It check out at
16 ohms at room temp. what I need to know is what should it read at
what temps.

Faulty Control Board
Ovens that
utilize a sensor require some electronics to interpret the sensor data
and to take appropriate action to raise or lower the temperature in the
oven. There are several configurations of this electronics. There are
some electronic range controls (sometimes called ERC's or clocks) that
have the logic and relay boards combined into a single unit. Others
have a logic board that is separate from the relay board.
If your oven will not keep a consistent temperature and you have verified that the sensor is not faulty, then one of these control boards could be faulty. The easiest way to tell is if the electronic range control is throwing a Fault Code.
If it is not throwing a Fault Code, then you may be able to test the
board(s) with the aid of a diagnostic sheet. This sheet is often
located in an envelope that is located inside the cavity of the control
panel. These diagnostic sheets are very model specific and usually
provide voltage and resistance meeting that can be taken across test
points on the boards.

I do not think I suggested that you check if the heating elements be pulled out and the connector that they go into, be tested if there is power to them??????????????
If there is power to the connectors
Perhaps the heating element is failing and may need to be replaced.
If there is not power to them this needs to be traced back towards the failure till it's located!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tell them you want a new one and forget about it!
I deal with Frigidaire and Electrolux every day.
They will happily replace it.
They believe it is easier to keep you as a customer than find a new customer.
They call this action a push pull.
They call a dealer and ask him to do a push pull ( Order and replace) for them and they pay the dealer!
the sealer is not allowed to take a dime from you. Not even delivery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ZERO
You bought a new one and deserve no headaches.

No, there are no error codes.
Yes, we shut the breaker off, then waited, and back on. The oven displays PF for power failure. We then tried the top and bottom elements, but no heat. All the fron lights work, and the internal oven lights work.

No, the PF is a result of me turning the breaker off/on.
Once I enter the time on the overn, it has full front panel funtionality, just the elements don't heat. The convection fan spins.
The oven was bought March of this year.
We bought it from Tasco Appliances. We have spent enough there on appliacnes to buy a car. They seemed totally uninterested in addressing our problem, to the point the Missus suggested I drop the oven off in their showroom. They promised a technician out in 11 days!
We are going to call Electrolux on Monday and escalate this. We'll never buy another appliance from Tasco.
I'll update on Monday, and give you the solve.
Electrolux fan oven switches off after around 20 mins then switches back on after cooling down, Fan works initially as does heating element also the seperate grill element does the same and cuts out after set time. oven around 2 - 3 years old and has not been used extensively. Is this a problem with the overheat module or the thermostat?
How much would a replacement part cost and where is it located within the unit?
