I already have one Jabra BT 250v and loved it so I bought another for my daughter, used but in excellent condition. I have tried both chargers and it doesnt seem to charge or turn on. The light blinks once (blue) when the connection is made in the charging cradle, but thats all. It will not turn on after leaving it on the charger overnight either. Whats wrong with it? Can it be repaired for a reasonable cost?

    Contact me at: [email protected]

    Thanks! Kelly

The blue and red light doesn't. Come on at all

First, make sure to charge the unit for a few hours. Next, try pairing with the following link:
How to Pair Plantronics Voyager Pro Bluetooth Headset
If it still doesn't enter pairing mode, the unit is defective and needs to be replaced. It comes with a 12 month warranty. Contact your supplier to receive a replacement.

This is the second Plantronics earpiece that stopped working

I am sorry to say but the Plantronics are cheap and not well made. Sounds like you might have a weak battery and because of that it wont have enough charge to turn on. I myself have gone through many and now spent a little bit more and got a better earpiece.
