If I could get a schematic for the machine I wuld be able to diagnose the problem and repair the defective parts. After acquiring a fried KLH ASW10-120, I write to the tech folks at KLH and they sent me the upper and lower board schematics. I asked if I could publish them online, and explicitly asked if I could share them on FixYa.com, and they gave me permission to do just that.
I do not have the schematic, but have a testing / troubleshooting guide for the 60PC1D 1st and 2nd generation, which gives some good insight in organization and functionality of the power boards.
This is what we ourselves step on when repairing - LG often does not publish schematics for power boards and sustain boards.
The schematic diagram is going to be very hard to get. We do repairs on this model. What information do you need? The most common problem is the capacitors on the power board.
